- In other places I’ve worked, test and development were quite far apart. Developers developed, and when they were done, the testers tested. The turn-around time between finding a bug and getting it fixed was very long! At Telepo, close and continuous interaction between testers and developers is a main factor in how we work. This also makes me, as a tester, a key member of the agile team. Testing is an integral part of every sprint, but I also take part in planning, design meetings, and other parts of the development cycle.
- The flat structure at Telepo empowers all of us to take charge, help make decisions, and feel responsible for the company’s success. I can directly see the impact of what I do.
- I love that we have our office located at very center of Stockholm. It’s obvious that much thought has gone into creating a warm and social atmosphere, in our modern office layout. I personally love the small details, like getting fresh fruit to the office each day.
