- Starting at Telepo was very fun and exciting. It didn’t take long time before I was into the day to day business. Working as a designer and front-end guy really puts some requirement on your workstation. It was evident that Telepo could provide me with everything I needed to perform. Upon arrival there were a brand new MacBook Pro and a 24″ screen waiting for me. It was just to plug it in and start making the magic happen!
- For me, I think the most important thing is to be able to have freedom; freedom to let your creativity flow and to follow your heart when designing. At Telepo you really have the possibility to affect the end result. If you have a good idea about the design or about how we work, and you manage to sell it to everyone else there is a very short lead time before it’s actually happening. As a designer I love to try out crazy ideas and at Telepo I feel that I really have the blessing to be creative. Of course freedom comes with some responsibility. I definitely think there is a good balance between freedom and structure which makes us deliver solid software that feels professional but also fun!
- One of the best things at Telepo is the very modern and nice office in central Stockholm. It really feels like we are a small family. We sit very close to everyone in the company. Sometimes at lunch we sit in our small kitchen and enjoy our lunch together. We have very good conference rooms for meetings and brainstorming or just if you want to collaborate more closely with someone. We also have a beautiful terrace where you can sit outside in the summer time. They say that the coffee from the espresso machine is really good, but I’m not a coffee-drinker so I was super thrilled when I saw the big fridge with free sodas!
